1. What is the Illinois Product Box?

The Illinois Product Box is a curated collection of locally made products from businesses across Illinois. It’s a great way to support local and discover unique items made right here in our state!

2. What are the box options this year?

There are two box options available for 2025:

• Illinois Product Favorite Box – Includes 11 products from Illinois companies.
• Illinois Holiday Box – Includes 6 products, perfect for seasonal gifting.

3. When can I purchase a box?

Boxes will be available for purchase online only starting November 10, 2025.

4. How much does it cost to order?

• Illinois Product Favorite Box: $60
• Illinois Holiday Box: $40
• A 2.25% credit card processing fee will be added at checkout.
• Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Will the box include a special message or gift note?

This Illinois Product Boxes do not include a personalized message or gift note. If you are sending this box directly to someone else, please be sure to let them know it’s from you — they won’t see your name inside the package!6.  How do I receive my box?

You can choose shipping or local pick-up:

Shipping

• Orders ship the next business day after purchase.
• Order by December 13 to guarantee delivery by December 25.
• Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Pick-Up

• Pick up begins the first week in December
• Orders are processed the next business day after purchase.
• Pick up your box at:
  Illinois Department of Agriculture – John R. Block Building
  801 E Sangamon Ave, Springfield, IL 62702
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding major holidays)
• Bring your name and order confirmation number for pick-up.

7. Can I buy a box in person?

No. Boxes are available for online purchase only.

8. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping destination.

9. How can I pick up some boxes and ship others?

If you want to pick up some boxes and ship others, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery method.
