SCBG Application Submission Details

NOTE: The 2025 Awardees were announced September 23, 2025. Click here to see a list of current ISCBG projects.  

Checklist of Required Steps and Documents:

1. Register in SAM.gov
2. State law requires entities to register and pre-qualify online with GATA before applying for a state grant.  Please verify that your organization/entity is in good standing with GATA and has an account on the GATA Grantee Portal.
3. Register on Amplifund. 
4. Review the Helpful Documents listed below:
   1. 2026 Agriculture and Marketing General Terms and Conditions
   2. USDA 2026 SCBG Terms and Conditions    
   3. USDA SCBG Performance Measures
   4. USDA SCBG Program Outcomes and Indicators
5. Fill out the Amplifund application forms and upload the required Fillable PDF Application Form to your Amplifund application.
   1. Applications are limited to a $75,000.00 maximum funding request. 
   2. The project proposal cycle will run 1/1/2027-9/29/2029
6. Upload the US Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service W-9 form and any other pertinent information to the Amplifund application.
7. Submit the completed application on Amplifund. 
   1. Application window is open May 7, 2026 12 p.m. through June 5, 2026 12 p.m.
