Hemp Harvest Notification
Pursuant to 8 IL Admin 1200.40 of the Administrative Code,
- At least 30 days prior to harvest, to the best of the licensee's ability, each licensee shall file a Harvest Report, on a form provided by the Department, that includes:
- The expected harvest dates and locations of each variety of industrial hemp cultivated by the licensee.
- The licensee shall notify the Department if the harvest dates change in excess of 5 days.
