Illinois Agriculture Legislative Day – March 24, 2026

Illinois Agriculture Legislative Day (IALD) brings together representatives from nearly 50 diverse agricultural organizations to meet with state lawmakers. Jointly, these organizations provide baskets filled with agricultural products and specialty lunches for the legislators. These items serve as a reminder of the multiple facets agriculture touches in the lives of their constituents and the impacts their choices make on the industry.

IALD provides an opportunity to strengthen and build relationships among various entities affecting Illinois agriculture.

IALD begins with a continental-style breakfast and an opportunity to connect with legislators, members of commodity organizations, and industry leaders.

Date: March 24, 2026
Location: Hall of Flags
Doors Open: 8:00 AM
Program Begins: 9:00 AM

A special thank you to our industry partners for providing the essentials for IALD, including lunch and a commodity basket for each legislator. We are also fortunate to have the support of more than 1,000 Illinois FFA members and their vocational-agriculture teachers.

It is our agricultural community who makes this event truly successful. We appreciate your commitment and support for the 56th IALD.
